By accessing or using the services provided by Spartan Fight Club ("the Academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the services.
2.1. You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Academy's services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to notify the Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.1. Payment for services provided by the Academy may be required. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the services.
3.2. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the Academy.
4.1. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner at all times while participating in the Academy's classes or events.
4.2. You agree to follow all rules and instructions provided by the Academy's instructors and staff.
4.3. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the Academy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the services.
5.1. All content, materials, and resources provided by the Academy are the intellectual property of the Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without the Academy's prior written consent.
5.2. You retain ownership of any content or materials you submit or upload to the Academy's services, but you grant the Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purposes of providing the services.
6.1. The Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services.
6.2. The Academy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the services and shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
7.1. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
7.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services.
The Academy reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Government, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
